What is Energy healing and reiki?
Energy healing is a gentle, noninvasive way of working with the body’s subtle energy (biofield) to restore flow and balance. Reiki - my primary modality - is a Japanese practice where I channel “universal life energy” through light, hands-on or distance work (for people, animals, or spaces), inviting deep relaxation, nervous-system ease, and clearer mind-body alignment. You simply rest, fully clothed, in person or online, while I hold calm, focused intention; many people notice warmth, tingling, or a sense of spacious calm. Reiki complements medical or veterinary care, but doesn’t replace it.

reiki for you
I offer gentle, trauma-aware Reiki for individuals using both Usui and Angelic lineages. Local clients can book in-person mobile sessions (I come to your home or office), and I also offer remote sessions worldwide—simply rest while I hold calm, focused intention; many clients experience them as just as effective and therapeutic as in-person. Each session aims to soften stress, settle the nervous system, and support your body’s natural balance; we’ll close with brief reflections and simple grounding tips. Reiki complements medical care and isn’t a substitute for it.
reiki for your pets
I offer gentle, animal-led Reiki at your home, barn, or stable—where your companion feels safest. Sessions are mostly hands-off (unless your pet chooses to engage with me hands-on), with you present, and typically run 20–40 minutes guided by the animal’s comfort. I’m comfortable with dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, horses, and other ranch animals. I’m also a mild animal communicator, so I may occasionally receive intuitive messages to share with you. Reiki can support relaxation, recovery, and ease, and is a complement to-not a replacement for-veterinary care.

Space Clearings (on-site): I come to your home or workplace to gently clear old, stale, or uncomfortable energies and reset the atmosphere to a lighter, calmer baseline. We’ll begin with a brief walkthrough and intention-setting, then I’ll clear and bless each area and leave you with simple practices to keep it peaceful and calm. Sessions are respectful, confidential, and consent-led, typically 60–90 minutes depending on the space. (This work complements, not replaces, professional services.)
