One of the most popular methods is Reiki, my primary modality, which is a Japanese practice that channels 'universal life energy' through light, hands-on, or distance work for individuals, animals, or spaces. This practice invites deep relaxation, nervous-system ease, and clearer mind-body alignment. Whether in person or online, you simply rest, fully clothed, while I hold calm, focused intention, allowing for intuitive clearings. Many people experience warmth, tingling, or a sense of spacious calm. Additionally, Reiki for pets is available, offering similar benefits for our animal companions. While Reiki complements medical or veterinary care, it does not replace it, and space clearing can further enhance the energetic environment.

I offer gentle, trauma-aware Reiki for individuals, utilizing both Usui and Angelic lineages. For local clients, I provide in-person mobile sessions, bringing energy healing directly to your home or office. Additionally, I offer remote sessions worldwide—simply relax while I hold calm, focused intention; many clients find these sessions just as effective and therapeutic as in-person experiences. Each session aims to soften stress, settle the nervous system, and support your body’s natural balance. We will conclude with brief reflections and simple grounding tips. Reiki complements medical care and is not a substitute for it, and I also offer specialized Reiki for pets and intuitive clearings to enhance your environment through space clearing.

I offer gentle, animal-led Reiki for pets at your home, barn, or stable—where your companion feels safest. These energy healing sessions are mostly hands-off (unless your pet chooses to engage with me hands-on), and you can be present for the experience. Each session typically runs 30-90 minutes, guided by the animal’s comfort. I’m comfortable working with dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, horses, and other ranch animals. As a mild animal communicator, I may occasionally receive intuitive messages to share with you during our time together. Reiki can support relaxation, recovery, and ease, and serves as a complement to—not a replacement for—veterinary care. Additionally, I offer space clearing and intuitive clearings to further enhance your pet's environment.

Space Clearings (on-site): I come to your home or workplace to provide intuitive clearings that gently clear old, stale, or uncomfortable energies, resetting the atmosphere to a lighter, calmer baseline. We’ll start with a brief walkthrough and intention-setting, after which I’ll clear and bless each area as part of the energy healing process. Additionally, I will leave you with simple practices to maintain a peaceful and calm environment. Sessions are respectful, confidential, and consent-led, typically lasting 3 hours for full homes or buildings, and 1 hour for one room or one office space. This space clearing work complements, but does not replace, professional services. I also offer Reiki sessions and even Reiki for pets to enhance overall well-being.

In-Person Reiki Energy Healing

I offer mobile Reiki sessions in the Sacramento area and surrounding communities, as well as the Bay Area (with mileage added). These energy healing sessions take place in your home or workplace, ideally in a space that is peaceful and free from interruptions. Each visit includes about 30–40 minutes of Reiki—always tailored to your needs in the moment—followed by approximately 30 minutes of reflection and discussion. Additionally, I provide intuitive clearings and Reiki for pets, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness. Space clearing can also be included to enhance your environment. Reiki is a gentle, complementary practice that supports balance and relaxation, and is not a substitute for medical care.

Remote People Energy Healing

Energy knows no space and no time.

Remote Reiki energy healing is a powerful form of energy healing that can be transferred across distances to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. This practice involves the intentional focus and energetic connection that can create healing effects across great distances.

Participating in a remote session may be conducted via phone, FaceTime, or Google Meet. You can indulge in a short meditation and experience the healing energy coming your way. Allow the energy to flow where it is needed, and feel the relaxation as release and rebalancing occur.

Additionally, for those interested in intuitive clearings or Reiki for pets, this remote session can also benefit your furry companions. Space clearing techniques can be incorporated as well, enhancing the overall healing experience.

The hour includes a 30-minute Reiki energy session, with time before and after for discussion, questions, or blessings.

Pet Energy Healing

Like humans, pets also require energy healing to thrive and can face similar ailments and emotional struggles. Help them find balance and relief from pain, anxiety, and fear through various techniques, including Reiki for pets. Animals are naturally drawn to energy healing; some prefer hands-on treatment, while others respond better to distance Reiki. Allow energy to flow where needed for their healing and well-being.

Animal Energy Work can help rebalance life force and create harmony in your pet's life. Additionally, Animal Communication serves as the "true" language from the animal's unspoken voice. They communicate with us through information super highways, and I can help translate what they are trying to share.

I specialize in intuitive clearings to identify trapped emotions within the body. When emotions are trapped, they can lead to physical and emotional problems. By releasing these trapped emotions, I am able to clear negative stagnant energy, allowing the body to operate in an optimum way.
